How did you get started?
I was in the United States Marines, and was going to the gym for some time.
My friend gave me his protein supplement that he did not want. I said to myself
“You know what let me see if this works..” After finishing the tub I had gained about 8 lbs of Muscle.
I was Hooked!!
What motivates you to keep going and push harder?
The fear of letting myself fail, and be like everybody else.
What is your current training philosophy?
- Monday: Chest and Triceps & Abs
- Tuesday: Back and Biceps and Calves
- Wednesday: Legs & Abs
- Thursday: Chest and Triceps & Calves
- Friday: Back and Bicep & Abs
- Saturday: Legs
- Sunday: Rest Day
Favorite form of cardio?
I Prefer for cardio to play basketball. Since you can not really track calories or
time appropriately I always go to the Elliptical and do HIT training for Prep.
What is your approach to nutrition?
I am very flexible in my diet. I believe you should enjoy food in moderation.
When it comes to Prep for a show, that’s a whole different ball game.

What has been your biggest accomplishment in the fitness industry?
I believe my biggest accomplishment is the impact I am making for such a short time in the industry.
I have been working out for Four Years, but have exposed myself to the Industry for just Six months.
That along with my MuscleMania Overall Victory as the First Men’s Physique Champion.
